can anyone speak to the quality of the coffee, and more importantly quality of the overall product itself?
Starbucks. They are made by Nespresso
From previous posts they had this brand in plastic and they seemed generally favorable. I'll assume since these are aluminum they will be fresher. Nespresso is expensive so trying alternatives are good.

???? - the deal listed in the title is $0.19/pod, if coupons stack, otherwise $0.21/pod.

I want to try something other than Peet's and Nespresso branded pods but reading some reviews for other branded pods always scares me off. I've tried Lavazza's version but wasn't too impressed. Any other ones I should try?

I ordered it last time they had a sale. I'm more of stickler for taste when it comes to regular coffee that I brew the old fashioned way (on the weekends) to the extent that I seek out small coffee shops to buy beans. You'll pretty much never get that from a pod. I drink the espresso when I just want the caffeine quickly and don't care much about taste and these were more than passable and caffeine wise were more than strong enough in the small cups.

For the price I was very happy and the company seemed to have amazing customer service offering a really nice gift set for a review.

I wouldn't buy these solely for taste but I wouldn't knock them for being poor tasting either. My experience with pods in general is that at best the best tasting ones (Keurig) cost more and taste good with artificial flavoring of fruit etc that are enjoyable the same way Taco Bell is. They scratch the itch of tasting good in a different cheaper way than the nuanced profile of premium beans.

TLDR: they taste fine and for the price they're a killer deal to anyone that just wants a quick caffeine boost.

Try Lavazza Tierra organic. The original Lavazza plastic capsules are horrible. The Tierra are organic and in aluminum capsules.
